Step 2 — Plan
Education plan agreed between the girl, the orphanage and OGEF (school or TVET path).
Step 3 — Fund
OGEF pays school/college fees and essentials directly to institutions and providers; donors can sponsor once‑off or monthly.
Step 4 — Support
Mentoring, life‑skills workshops, internship matching and job‑readiness.
Step 5 — Pay‑It‑Forward
When employed, graduates contribute 10% of salary for two years to fund the next cohort.
Via referrals from orphanages and partner NGOs using a transparent rubric (academic motivation, vulnerability, and readiness).
Fees are paid to schools/colleges; stipends are tracked with receipts.
